Great location in the beautiful and safe neighborhood of Ricoletta. The hotel itself is safe, and the entire staff is very polite, accommodating 24 hours a day for all guest requests.
Areas for improvement:
The cleanliness is not at a high enough level, and the hotel needs a thorough renovation to deserve the highest ratings from guests. The internet is weak and intermittent, especially in the rooms.

The location is perfect, the staff is exceptionally helpful. Generally, this is a very comfortable hotel.

Minor things: the conditioner's remote control wasn't easy to use. Also, if there is a kitchenette, I would prefer to have sugar, salt, etc
